    On 3 December 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority extended their deadline on the pause for responding to complaints around motor finance commissions. The pause will now be in place until 31 May 2026. You can find the latest information on our website here:

    What if some of the information on the proposal is incorrect?

    If you, or a customer, enters incorrect information, you must contact your Partner Hub to ask for the information to be updated. It’s really important that the customer’s email address and mobile phone number are captured accurately, otherwise they will not be able to sign their agreement.
