Sponsored by our Managing Director and HR Business Partner, our Women in Motor Forum is integral for gaining valuable insight and general engagement from female members of our team. Helping to make proactive change, the Forum sets out to remove bias in recruitment to welcome more women into the business, particularly our sales roles. It also works to hold on to our talented female colleagues by encouraging them through the promotional pipeline.
