What you'll need
To register for an online account you'll need:
Agreement number
You can find this on any communication we’ve sent you and looks like 12-123456.
Registration key
This was sent to you in your registration letter and it looks like 12345678. If you can’t find your key or it has expired you can request a new one by calling 0333 321 6060 and we’ll get it to you in the post within 5 working days.
You MUST have your correct Agreement number to request a Registration key.
