    On 3 December 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority extended their deadline on the pause for responding to complaints around motor finance commissions. The pause will now be in place until 31 May 2026. You can find the latest information on our website here:

    I’ve had a customer complaint, how will this affect my FCA license?

    It’s important that you manage all customer complaints consistently and in a transparent manner. Your Account Manager will be able to support you and share useful information to ensure the complaint is managed in an appropriate way.
