    On 3 December 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority extended their deadline on the pause for responding to complaints around motor finance commissions. The pause will now be in place until 31 May 2026. You can find the latest information on our website here:

    Yes, we may be able to support you in managing a customer complaint. In the first instance, you should contact your Account Manager as soon as possible so that you can discuss this with them. They have resources and information available that may be able to help.
