I’m getting an error when logging into my Close Online account

This error can happen if you’ve had a Close Online account for a previous finance agreement with us using the same email address. You have two options: 

 

  1. If you want to use the same email address, call us on 0333 321 6060 so we can set this up for you, or 
  2. If you’d like to use a new email address for your new finance agreement, you can register for a new Close Online account here. 

 

If you choose the second option, you'll need:

 

Your agreement number 

You can find this on any communication we’ve sent you. It looks like 12-123456.


Your registration key

This was sent to you in your registration letter and it looks like 12345678. If you can’t find your key or it’s expired, you can request a new one by calling 0333 321 6060 and we’ll get it to you by post within 5 working days.

You MUST have your correct agreement number to request a registration key.
