    On 3 December 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority extended their deadline on the pause for responding to complaints around motor finance commissions. The pause will now be in place until 31 May 2026. You can find the latest information on our website here:

    Can I make additional payments?

    Don’t forget, you have the option to pay lump sums at any point in your agreement to reduce your interest and future monthly instalments. This means you can pay off your agreement early, either partially or in full.

     

    Charges may apply for a one-off payment that exceeds £8,000 or for payments over a 12-month period that exceed £8,000.
