    On 3 December 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority extended their deadline on the pause for responding to complaints around motor finance commissions. The pause will now be in place until 31 May 2026. You can find the latest information on our website here:

    How can I email you?

    Vehicle finance discretionary commission complaints

    If you think you might have been affected by a Discretionary Commission Arrangement, and wish to make a complaint, the easiest way to do this is via our webform, here.

    • Name
    • Vehicle registration
    • Finance agreement number (it’s written on most of the communication we’ve sent you and looks like 12-123456)
    • Detail about how we can support you
