    On 3 December 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority extended their deadline on the pause for responding to complaints around motor finance commissions. The pause will now be in place until 31 May 2026. You can find the latest information on our website here:

    How can I check you are who you say you are?

    When we call you, we will always quote your finance agreement number, and other details about your account. 

     

    Your finance agreement number is written on most of the communication we’ve sent you and looks like 12-123456. When we call, you may not recognise our number, or it could be withheld.
