    On 3 December 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority extended their deadline on the pause for responding to complaints around motor finance commissions. The pause will now be in place until 31 May 2026. You can find the latest information on our website here:

    What if my customer changes their mind?

    Customers can cancel their RTI GAP agreement within 30 days of the start date and any premium paid will be refunded in full. This is unless a claim has been made or an incident has been notified that could lead to a claim against the policy. If they decide they would like to cancel the agreement after the first 30 days they may do so. However, there will be no refund of any premiums already paid, and the cover will continue until the end of the period for which they have paid.
