The RTI GAP monthly insurance policy is separate to your customer’s finance agreement with us. If they decide to go ahead with RTI GAP, the premium will be collected by monthly direct debit in arrears by Cardif Pinnacle Insurance plc who are our chosen insurer partner. The benefit of keeping it separate from the finance agreement is that the cover can remain in place even if they settle their finance agreement with us.
