    The Supreme Court has handed down its judgment in relation to the appeal regarding the motor finance commissions arrangements.     Can the customer change their mind?

    The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement up to 14 days after receiving a copy of the agreement. The customer can choose to purchase their vehicle using a different means, if they wish.
