    On 3 December 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority extended their deadline on the pause for responding to complaints around motor finance commissions. The pause will now be in place until 31 May 2026. You can find the latest information on our website here:

    When can I start to offer finance?

    You can start to offer vehicle finance as soon as you’re set up as a dealer partner of ours and we’ve given you access to our products. You will need to have appropriate authorisation from the FCA to offer vehicle finance. We will monitor your first few applications and provide support and feedback where appropriate.
