    On 3 December 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority extended their deadline on the pause for responding to complaints around motor finance commissions. The pause will now be in place until 31 May 2026. You can find the latest information on our website here:

    Why have I received a letter/email/call from you?

    If you’ve received a letter, welcome call or welcome email from us, it’s likely that when you purchased your vehicle, the dealer or broker helped you spread the cost of your vehicle into monthly payments. They will have selected us as the most suitable vehicle finance provider for your needs. You will have signed a finance agreement with us and set up a way of making your monthly payments (usually Direct Debit).
