You'll receive an email shortly confirming that you've signed your vehicle finance agreement. You'll be able to download copies of your agreement via a link within this email. 

Please note, if you have a joint hirer agreement then you'll receive your completion email once both applicants have signed the agreement documents and your finance will be set up.

We'll set up your finance

Once all parties have signed, we'll arrange to make the payment direct to your vehicle provider and set up your Direct Debit.

Information about your finance, a copy of your signed agreement and instructions to set up your online account will arrive by post within the next 14 days.

We'll give you a call in the next few days to make sure you have everything you need, and answer any questions you may have about your vehicle finance.

You should speak to your vehicle provider to arrange a suitable delivery/collection time for your new vehicle.

You'll receive a welcome pack from Close Brothers Motor Finance within 14 days of signing - including a copy of the finance agreement for your records.

Your vehicle finance agreement document includes all the details of your repayments, including amount and start date.

You'll receive a welcome pack from us within 14 days of signing - including details of your Close Brothers Motor Finance online account, which allows you to manage your agreement quickly and easily 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can:
•    Request a settlement quote
•    Update your personal details
•    Choose direct debit date that suits you
•    Access the statement of your account
•    Make a settlement payment
•    Settle any outstanding fees or charges

All of our online services are free of charge and available when it suits you.
