    On 3 December 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority extended their deadline on the pause for responding to complaints around motor finance commissions. The pause will now be in place until 31 May 2026. You can find the latest information on our website here:

    How quickly will I find out if I’ve been accepted for vehicle finance?

    You’ll usually find out if we’re able to offer vehicle finance within 20 minutes. This can sometimes take longer, for example if we need to carry out additional checks or request further information from you.
