    On 3 December 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority extended their deadline on the pause for responding to complaints around motor finance commissions. The pause will now be in place until 31 May 2026. You can find the latest information on our website here:

    Can I cancel my vehicle finance agreement?

    Information about how to cancel your vehicle finance will be included in the welcome pack that we send to you. You can cancel your agreement within the first 14 days by calling us on 0333 321 6060. After 14 days, you’ll need to contact us to discuss your options by calling 0333 321 6060.
