    On 3 December 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority extended their deadline on the pause for responding to complaints around motor finance commissions. The pause will now be in place until 31 May 2026. You can find the latest information on our website here:

    If you have an existing GAP insurance agreement with MotorEasy, you can access your policy documents and register a claim via the portal, click the button below. 

     

    Please note you must have an existing GAP insurance agreement with MotorEasy and have created an account from your welcome email. The same email address must be used as the one provided in your finance application when creating your account.

     

    How do I make a claim?


    If you have taken out GAP Insurance on or after 1 August 2022, to make a claim please telephone MotorEasy on: 0800 254 5074. Once MotorEasy has been notified of a claim, they will contact you directly to discuss next steps. 

    If you have taken out GAP Insurance before 1 August 2022, please email claims@bnpparibascardif.co.uk or telephone the team on 0800 298 0268. Once BNP Paribas Cardif have been notified of a claim, they will contact you directly to discuss next steps.
