    Vehicle finance commission complaints

    Thank you, you've successfully signed your vehicle finance agreement

    You'll shortly receive an email from us confirming that you've signed your vehicle finance agreement. You'll be able to download copies of your agreement using a link in the email. 

     

    If you have a joint agreement with another person you'll receive your completion email once both applicants

      We will set up your finance?

      Once all parties have signed the agreement, we'll arrange to make the payment direct to your vehicle provider and set up your Direct Debit.

      We will send your welcome pack

      Information about your finance, a copy of your signed agreement and instructions to set up your online account will arrive by post within the next 14 days.

      We will call and welcome you

      We'll give you a call in the next few days to make sure you have everything you need, and answer any questions you may have about your vehicle finance.

      How do I access my online account?

      You'll receive a welcome pack from us within 14 days of signing your agreement. It includes details of your Close Brothers Motor Finance online account which allows you to manage your agreement quickly and easily, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can:


      • Request a settlement quote
      • Update your personal details
      • Choose a Direct Debit date that suits you
      • Access your account statement
      • Make a settlement payment
      • Settle any outstanding fees or charges
