    On 3 December 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority extended their deadline on the pause for responding to complaints around motor finance commissions. The pause will now be in place until 31 May 2026. You can find the latest information on our website here:

    Building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners

    Our Account Managers build and maintain strong relationships with our dealer and broker partners based on consistent high-quality service.  

     

    Each Account Manager has their own region and works closely with their Sales Manager and Operations Manager to take responsibility for developing and maintaining existing and prospect dealer and broker partners in their region.

    Our Sales Managers are responsible for teams of Account Managers. They work in partnership with an Operations Manager to take responsibility for the performance of their region. They are experts in their fields and are key to providing the strategic direction for the region.
