Our newly refurbished head office in Doncaster plays host to a wide range of functions which are integral to the daily running of Close Brothers Motor Finance. Largely open plan, with plenty of natural light and modern break-out areas, our head office working environment is engaging and collaborative.
We have roles to suit everyone across our three departments.
Business Assurance, Compliance and Risk put in place and monitor controls across our business to ensure we continue to work as professionally and efficiently as possible.
Credit are responsible for forming our decisions around our lending appetite and managing our credit exposure. We have our own Finance team who keep track of everything going in and coming out of our business, as well as forecasting for the future.
We have our own in-house IT and Business Intelligence teams who are key in supporting many functions around the business.
Our Marketing team work closely with our Sales team, supporting them with creative ideas on how we can attract new business, retain existing relationships and promote our achievements. Within our Change team are Project Managers and Business Analysts who are responsible for large scale projects in the business, such as the Motor 2020 programme.
