Through our easy and efficient online proposal system, Showroom, quick, automated decisions and consistent service every day of the week, we’ll make it easy to do business. We’ve also made enhancements to Showroom through our Remote, Quote and Apply functionality, so you can remotely send quotes to customers and they can review these instantly in the comfort of their own home. 

Acceptance levels
We aim to accept proposals first time, so you can sell vehicles straightaway. You’ll get a decision when you need it, as well as an ability to discuss some decisions if desired. Our products are tailored to the vehicles you sell.

Contact and relationships
Your business doesn't stop when the weekend starts, so neither does ours. Our team provide a consistent service every day of the week. You’ll also have an Account Manager whose responsive and quick at communicating your feedback to continually build a strong relationship with you. 

Before working with our Account Manager, we didn’t have a process for customer complaints, despite always resolving to a satisfactory level. They advised that a robust pre-sale and complaints process was needed and worked with us to help put this in place and now it is up and running as per the FCA’s requirements."
