8 simple steps to move from Ask Close/DPS to Showroom

Just follow the simple steps below:

Within the 'Showroom Login' box select 'Login here'.

On the login page, select the 'Existing Ask Close users register here' box.

Enter your existing Ask Close log in details in the 'Organisation', 'Username' and 'Password' boxes - if you get stuck, contact your regional Close Brothers Motor Finance branch.

Now you need to create your new Showroom log in details by entering and confirming an email address and password.

Click 'Register for Showroom'.

You will then receive an email to the email address you entered asking for you to validate your access.

Once validated, simply visit closemotorfinance.co.uk/dealer and select the Showroom 'Login here' button and enter your username and password. That's it, you're all set up to start placing proposals with us.

Your username in Showroom is your email address. If you have forgotten this, please contact your local Close Brothers Motor Finance branch, details can be found using the branch finder below.

You can reset your password from the Showroom log in page. Simply click the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link and follow the on-screen instructions.

To reset your password, log in to Showroom in the normal way, then click the cogs icon in the top right hand corner. From here select ‘Change Password’.

 

To set up a new user you will need to contact your local Close Brothers Motor Finance branch. Remember your new user will need a valid email address. Contact details can be found using the branch finder below.

Showroom is built to work in the most recent versions of Google Chrome (recommended), Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. If you are trying to use a different browser we recommend you download one of the supported browsers. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact your local Close Brothers Motor Finance branch, details can be found using the branch finder below.

All new proposals should be started in Showroom. 

Within Showroom you can access all of your sites from a single log in. To set this up, please contact your Close Brothers Motor Finance Account Manager.
