How can we help?

Below you will find a list of frequently asked questions to help guide you through the transition from Ask Close to Showroom. If your question isn’t answered, please either contact your Account Manager or your partner support team, contact details can be found here.

Your username in Showroom is your email address. If you have forgotten this, please contact your partner support team. Enter your postcode below to find the best contact number. 

You can reset your password from the Showroom log in page. Simply click the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link and follow the on-screen instructions.

To reset your password, log in to Showroom in the normal way, then click the cogs icon in the top right hand corner. From here select ‘Change Password’.

 

To set up a new user you will need to contact your Close Brothers Motor Finance partner support team. Remember your new user will need a valid email address. Enter your postcode below to find the best contact number.

Showroom is built to work in the most recent versions of Google Chrome (recommended), Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. If you are trying to use a different browser we recommend you download one of the supported browsers. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact your Close Brothers Motor Finance partner support team, details can be found by entering your postcode below. 

All new proposals should be started in Showroom. 

Within Showroom you can access all of your sites from a single log in. To set this up, please contact your Close Brothers Motor Finance Account Manager.

At the moment this area can only be used to write messages for yourself. Any messages you write here will not be seen by us.
