In order to better service our valued broker partners, over the past year, we've been looking at how we can further support them by forming a dedicated broker team. We appreciate how brokers have different needs and requirements to dealers, so this specific team of individuals and bespoke service offering should help them to grow their business. We understand the aspects of service most important to them, including expertise, ease and communication. Our dedicated broker team are committed to working in ways that consistently meet these requirements.
Expertise: Providing an exceptional account management and underwriting service, we’ll work with brokers to maximise every proposal.
Ease: Our processes and systems are designed specifically to meet a broker’s highly transactional needs. Using a consistent but flexible approach, we're able to review applications for niche customers or assets on an individual basis to ensure brokers get the right outcome first time. We also offer bespoke integration with their proposal management systems, such as Dealtrack and AutoConvert.
Communication: With direct email and phone lines into the team, updates can be obtained regularly, and our underwriters are on hand to help with complex cases.
We have a track record of supporting motor dealers, brokers and customers through challenging economic circumstances like COVID-19, and part of this is testament to the support from broker partners. We’ll continue to look at ways to enhance our service offering and we look forward to working more with brokers in future and further growing our partnership.
