It was a fantastic achievement to be named the “Best Dealer Support Service of the Year” – but for us, that isn't enough. We’re investing in a new Motorcycle Division to improve upon the service that saw us win the award and the support that we have provided our motorcycle dealer partners for the past 14 years.

Introducing a dedicated Motorcycle team

On 4 August 2014 we opened our Motorcycle Division within the business. Introducing a dedicated team of motorcycle account specialists and support staff, whose sole responsibility is to work with you, to add value to your business and help deliver results.

Specialists that understand the market

Working with our Motorcycle Division means our dealer partners can feel safe in the knowledge they’ll always be supported by specialists who know and understand motorcycles. Our specialists are as passionate about motorcycles as you are; building on what made us “Best Dealer Support Service of the Year” at the BDN Awards 2014.
Our motorcycle account specialists, with their specific knowledge of the motorcycle industry will be on the road daily, ensuring face to face assistance and support is never far away. Our specialist underwriting team, has an in depth knowledge of the industry motorcycle specific products which will mean a quicker underwriting response for you and your customers.

There’ll be no other distractions for our Motorcycle Account Specialists. Our focus will be on what matters to you, motorcycles. When you want support, we’ll be there.

Understanding a diverse market

We will finance all on-road registered motorcycles including scooters, sports bikes, touring bikes, adventure bikes and custom bikes, so your customers are spoilt for choice. Our specialist underwriting team ‘know bikes’. We consider each case on their own merits, meaning more cases are converted into agreements. They always look for solutions, rather than being driven by credit scores.

Range of finance products to suit every customer

Once your customer has picked their bike, we can offer them a diverse range of finance packages available to suit their circumstances, from those who want to change their motorbike frequently to keep up with the latest models to those who have longer term plans for their bike. Our range of products include Hire Purchase, Conditional Sale, Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) and 50/50.

Financing accessories

Helping you become a ‘one stop shop’, we can also offer finance facilities for biking accessories for your customers. From helmets and gloves to full leathers, offering to fund your customers accessories will also increase your profitability.

Funding facilities and stocking loans

We can help support our motorcycle dealers through the highs and lows of every biking season with funding facilities to improve your cash-flow and help you manage your stock.

Market-leading technology

Our latest product, eclick, is designed to empower sales and to revolutionise the way you sell finance. eclick a paperless, electronic process that allows you to present the finance agreement to your customer and sign the agreement online. ID and fraud checks are all completed electronically with no hard copy customer proofs required.

Just a phone call away, our experienced underwriters are always on hand to support your business needs. Your dedicated team of support staff are on hand to answer your calls until 6pm on weekdays and our dealer support unit is there to take your call over the weekend and bank holidays.
