As one of the major finance providers, we at Close Motor Finance Ltd pride ourselves on our flexible approach to meeting dealers' requirements and our aim is to provide a reliable, quality service supported by flexible underwriting. Close's method of underwriting is to base our evaluation not on points like other finance companies but on the strong local knowledge of our staff who underwrite each case on its own merit. Close's approach is one of doing business the traditional way; setting out to provide a local service to local dealers, with the belief that people still matter whether selling cars, caravans, motorcycles or light commercial vehicles.

At Close Motor Finance Ltd we specialise in finance for cars, motorbikes, light commercials, caravans, Credit Protection Insurance (CPI) and GAP Insurance. Founded in 1988 by a small, dedicated team of professionals, with headquarters in Doncaster, we have expanded year on year and now have 13 branches located throughout the UK, currently employing over 200 people. Today Close provides its services to a network of more than 5000 motor dealers nationwide.

As an independent finance provider, with financial backing from Close Brothers Group plc the UK's largest independent merchant bankers, we are able to provide tailored finance solutions to meet the needs of today's motor dealers.

Our goal at Close is to become renowned as a flexible quality led player in the motor finance industry and the natural choice for a growing number of dealerships who prefer an accessible motor finance provider.
